Meta Ads FTE: Small Change - Big Results

The problem:

Not enough Wix users were connecting their Facebook account and Meta assets to advertise on Facebook and Instagram. Many of them were dropping the onboarding funnel when they were asked to connect their Facebook account or Meta assets.


The solution:

A relatively small change in the welcome screen:



My goal was to set users' expectations about connecting their Facebook account, so it doesn't come as a surprise in the next steps of the flow.


The result:

13.3% more users connected their Facebook account and 16% more users connected their Meta assets. This was a significant uplift for the product's KPIs - thanks to a small change in content.
